What We Do

We source products directly from manufacturers and sell online.

All items are 100% genuine and quality-checked before dispatch.

Dispatch time: within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

Carriers: India Post, Delhivery, Blue Dart, Xpressbees (and other reputable partners).

Typical transit time: 2–7 business days after dispatch (may vary by carrier/location/holidays).
Eligibility for Refunds/Returns
We provide refunds/replacements only in the following cases:

You received the item in a damaged condition; or
-
You received a wrong item or missing items in the parcel.
Not eligible:
Orders misplaced/stolen after carrier marks “Delivered.”
Minor colour variations due to lighting or post-processing (photos are of the actual product).
Buyer’s remorse / “no longer needed” / “ordered by mistake.”
Signs of use, missing accessories, tampered packaging (unless needed for damage verification).
How to Raise a Claim (Timelines & Proof)
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [Email] / [Phone] with:

Order ID and a brief description of the issue

Clear photos/videos showing: outer box, shipping label, inner packaging, and the product close-ups of the damage/wrong item/missing contents

A short unboxing video (if available) helps us resolve faster
Claims raised after 48 hours or without sufficient evidence may not be accepted.
Resolution We Offer
After verification, we’ll provide one of the below, at our discretion:

Replacement of the same product (subject to stock), or
-
Refund to your original payment method.
We may arrange a pickup of the product or request you to ship it back to [Return Address]. In approved damage/wrong-item cases, return shipping charges are on us (via prepaid label or reimbursement as instructed). Items must be unused and returned with all accessories, manuals, and original packaging.
Packaging Tamper / Delivery at Doorstep

If the parcel looks open/tampered, you may refuse delivery and immediately notify us.

If you accept delivery, please record evidence while opening; this helps in carrier claims.
Lost in Transit vs. Misplaced After Delivery

If a shipment is lost in transit (no delivery confirmation), we’ll work with the carrier to resolve and support you with a replacement or refund as applicable.

If the carrier shows Delivered, we cannot refund/replace for packages later misplaced or stolen at the destination address.
Cancellations

You may request cancellation before dispatch via [Email] / [Phone].

Orders already dispatched are not eligible for cancellation; standard damage/wrong-item rules apply.
Condition of Returned Items
Returns (when requested by us) must be:

Unused and unassembled, with all parts/tags/manuals/freebies

In original packaging with adequate protection for transit

Returned within the timeline we communicate during your claim
Items returned used, incomplete, or damaged due to improper packing may be rejected.
Refund Timelines
Once your claim is approved (and any required return is received/inspected), we’ll process the refund within 3–7 business days. Your bank/payment provider may take additional time to credit the amount.
Affiliate Orders
If an order is refunded or reversed under this policy, any related affiliate commission for that order will also be reversed in the affiliate dashboard.
Exchanges
We do not offer “change-of-mind” exchanges. Only damage/wrong-item cases are eligible as per Section 2.
Governing Law
This policy is subject to applicable Indian consumer protection laws. Where the law grants additional rights, those rights will prevail.
