Pricing Policy - Toy Culture

This Pricing Policy explains how prices, discounts, and promotions work on our website.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
Prices shown are inclusive of GST as indicated on the product or checkout page.
A GST invoice will be issued where applicable.

Some products display MRP (Maximum Retail Price) and a lower Selling Price. Discounts (if any) are calculated off the MRP or prior selling price, as shown.
Prices may change at any time due to promotions, stock availability, or supplier pricing.
The price applicable to your order is the selling price at the time you place the order and it is confirmed at acceptance (see Section 7).

We strive for accuracy, but pricing/data errors may occur.
If a pricing error is discovered before dispatch, we may contact you to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel and refund in full.
If the product was mispriced and the error is material, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Promotional prices, coupon codes, and limited-time offers are valid only for the period stated and while stocks last.
Coupon usage may be restricted by product/category, minimum cart value, first-order status, or user eligibility.
Unless explicitly stated, coupons cannot be combined (“no stacking”).
If a return/refund renders an order ineligible for a promotion (e.g., dropping below a threshold), the discount may be reversed on a pro-rata basis at our discretion.
We may withdraw, modify, or extend any promotion at any time.

Shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight/volumetric weight, and carrier rates.
Remote area surcharges—if levied by the carrier—will be shown/communicated prior to shipment.

After you place and we accept your order, we will not charge extra if the price rises.
If the price drops later, we do not offer price protection. You may cancel before dispatch (Section 8) and re-order at the new price if you wish.

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we confirm it (e.g., by email/SMS, payment capture, and/or when we generate an invoice/dispatch).
We may refuse/cancel orders for reasons including stock unavailability, suspected fraud, payment issues, or significant pricing mistakes (you will receive a full refund where applicable).

You can request cancellation before dispatch via [Email] / [Phone].
Once dispatched, the order follows our Refund & Returns Policy for eligibility.

If you purchase via an affiliate link, the final price you pay is unaffected by affiliate commissions.
If an order is refunded/cancelled, any related affiliate commission is reversed as per the Affiliate Program Terms.

We do not charge additional fees for standard online payments.
Any fees/interest charged by your bank/EMI provider are outside our control and are payable by you.

Minor rounding may occur at line-item or tax level due to system or GST computations.
Product images are of the actual product, but minor colour variations can occur due to lighting/post-processing and do not constitute a pricing/quality discrepancy.

If an item becomes unavailable after your order and before dispatch, we may cancel and refund you in full.
We do not offer rainchecks or automatic substitutions without your consent.

This policy is governed by the laws of India. In case of conflict, applicable consumer protection laws prevail.
