About Toyculture

ToyCulture sources products directly from manufacturers and sells them online. All products sold are 100% genuine and quality-checked before dispatch.

Eligibility & Account
  • You must be legally capable of entering into a contract under applicable law.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Product Information & Images
  • We aim to describe products accurately. Please read product pages carefully before ordering.

  • Product photos refer to the exact product, but minor colour variations may occur due to lighting and post-processing. Such variations do not qualify as defects.

Orders & Acceptance
  • Your order is an offer to buy; we may accept or cancel at our sole discretion (e.g., stock issues, payment problems, inaccurate pricing).

  • We may contact you for verification before acceptance or dispatch.

Pricing, Taxes & Payments
  • Prices shown are in INR and inclusive/exclusive of taxes as indicated on the product page/checkout. A GST invoice will be provided where applicable.

  • We accept online prepaid payments via our payment partners (cards/UPI/net-banking). Cash on Delivery (COD) may not be available.

  • If a pricing or listing error occurs, we may cancel and refund the order.

Shipping, Dispatch & Delivery
  • Dispatch time: within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

  • Shipping partners: India Post, Delhivery, Blue Dart, and Xpressbees (or other reputable carriers from time to time).

  • Transit time: typically 2–7 business days after dispatch (may vary by carrier, destination, holidays, or unforeseen events).

  • Tracking details will be shared when available. Delivery attempts and re-deliveries are governed by the carrier’s policy.

Risk of Loss & Delivery Issues

We want you to have a smooth experience. Our policy is limited to damage cases:

  • Eligible: Items received in a damaged condition.

  • Not eligible: Wrong choice/colour variation, buyer’s remorse, minor cosmetic variations in colour due to lighting, or items misplaced after delivery confirmation.

  • What to do: Notify us at [Email] within 48 hours of delivery with order ID, photos/video of the package and item (including outer box).

  • Upon verification, we may offer a replacement (where stock permits) or a refund to your original payment method.

  • We may request the return of the damaged item and original packaging. Items must be unused and with all tags/accessories.

  • Refunds are not provided for misplaced orders or non-damage reasons.

Cancellations (by Customer)
  • You may request cancellation before dispatch by contacting through Contact Us page/ calling at us 8921767274. If the order has already been dispatched, standard return rules (if applicable) apply.

  • We may cancel orders for reasons including but not limited to stock unavailability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or regulatory constraints.

Affiliate Program (Summary)
  • ToyCulture operates an affiliate program that allows registered users to earn commissions by promoting our products.

  • Affiliates get access to a dashboard to track referrals, sales, and payouts.

  • Participation and commissions are governed by our Affiliate Program Terms (including eligibility, prohibited conduct, attribution/cookie rules, approval timelines, hold periods, and payout thresholds).

  • In the event of conflict, the Affiliate Program Terms prevail for affiliate matters.

Intellectual Property
  • All content on the website (text, logos, images, graphics) is owned by or licensed to ToyCulture and protected by IP laws.

  • You may not copy, modify, reproduce, or use our content without prior written consent

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes or to violate any laws;

  • Interfere with site security or functionality;

  • Use automated means (scrapers, bots) without consent.
